ExpenseCapture take absolutely no responsibility for anything related to the use of the ExpenseCapture service. Use this service completely at your own risk.
ExpenseCapture does not guarantee the availability or integrity of the data stored in the ExpenseCapture systems or associated third party systems.
ExpenseCapture takes no responsibility for any professional or personal damages caused as a result of using or the ExpenseCapture service.
Uptime Guarantee
ExpenseCapture provides absolutely no uptime guarantee for the ExpenseCapture service or associated third party services. When it's down, it's down. That's just tough
Data Privacy
Your data will never be intentionally shared with third parties for any reason beyond what is necessary to operate this service.
Data Retention
When a user requests for their data to be deleted by sending the /DeleteMeNow command to the ExpenseCapture Telegram bot their sheet and all photos and documents associated with that ExpenseCapture account will be removed from the ExpenseCapture system. This action cannot be undone. Third party functionality may be used to affect this request on third party systems. The behaviour of such functionality is not the responsibility of the ExpenseCapture service.
Third Parties
ExpenseCapture takes no responsibility for third party systems the ExpenseCapture service integrates with. The data retention, data privacy or uptime of third party apps ExpenseCapture integrates with or uses to operate the ExpenseCapture service are responsible for their own systems. They do what they do - it's got nothing to do with us.
We take no responsibility for data breaches, data theft or any professional or personal damages caused by the loss of data stored in the ExpenseCapture system or any associated third parties.
Service Exclusions
ExpenseCapture reserves the right to exclude any user from using the ExpenseCapture service for any reason whatsoever and without prior warning. The data of excluded users may be deleted from the ExpenseCapture system without notice.
The ExpenseCapture service may not be used by users who do not accept any of the listed terms or data policies. The service may not be used in locations where the service or any of the associated third party services are illegal or where the terms and conditions detailed in this document are unlawful.
Service Limits
ExpenseCapture reserves the right to implement operational limits to the ExpenseCapture service at any time and without prior notice. Such limits may affect all users and all their data stored by ExpenseCapture or in associated accounts.
Third party services used by ExpenseCapture to operate the ExpenseCapture service may imeplement their own limits. The ExpenseCapture service operates within the constraints of any such limits imposed by third party systems used by the ExpenseCapture service and may pass such limits on to its own users.
Service Availability
ExpenseCapture reserves the right to seize its operations at any time and without any notice to its users. No data retention guarantees exist in this case. User data may be deleted without notice.
ExpenseCapture is dependent on third party services. In the event that any thrd party services that the ExpenseCapture service relies on decides to seize their operation or restrict the ability of the ExpenseCapture service to continue using their services, the ExpenseCapture service might, in turn, terminate its operation without notice.
